Trans-fat (Partially or Fully Hydrogenated fats, or Interestersified fats)
Fast Food
Processed “Foods” of any kind!  Live the motto: “If it doesn’t mold or sprout, throw it out!”
Refined Carbs
High Fructose Corn Syrup
Gluten (due to GMO wheat)
