God works in such amazing ways! I will spare you the long, gory details, but let me just say, we have been on a long, and harrowing journey, and the healing is not linear, when it comes to the body. So many different pieces have to be in place, and though we had already figured out quite a few along the way, something was still missing. I received a text from a dear friend, who shared the book titled The Nemechek Protocol For Autism and Developmental Disorders A How-To Guide For Restoring Neurological Function, By Dr. Patrick M. Nemechek, D.O.. That was one of the specific missing puzzle pieces for us.

Fact #1: Miracles Do Happen!
God can heal anyone at any time, that’s a fact…but most often, He will connect our lives to others, and we will form a network of love and healing, whereby miracles definitely happen! Without further due, let me share the doctor’s protocol video, and below, I have typed up my notes, which I will add detail to, as I have time, and as we experience and learn more. Let me just say, we are only a few days into it, and WOW!!

Below are the basics, in print:
1. 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, daily
2. 1-1 1/2 teaspoons of Inulin
3. Omega 3: 600 mg for younger children; 3,000 mg for teens
4. Rifaximin: prescription for teens and up

Dr. Nemechek is booked well into 2020. But the community of people walking through this is very strong, and the examples are compelling. This week has been markedly different from the previous several years. I hope this protocol is an answer for yourself, your child, or someone you know!

FYI, Inulin is in plants, and Omegas come in foods as well. Below I have written a list of foods that include those:
Chicory root (Dandy Coffee)
Dandelion greens
Jerusalem Artichoke (in JP+ Complete Nutritional shake)
Garlic
Onions
Leeks
Asparagus
Bananas
Barley
Wheat Bran
Oats
Apples
Cacao Beans
Flaxseeds (must be ground up)
Yacon Root
Jicama (take off the waxy outer coating, if it has one)
Seaweed
Omega Trail mixes are awesome
Raw Nuts and seeds!
